Avie is looking for aSales Director
who will lead and manage the sales efforts of a company or organization. You will also drive sales growth, achieve revenue targets, and expand market share.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and implement sales plans with a strategic focus to meet company sales targets and expand market share.
Lead, manage, and provide guidance to a team of sales professionals, fostering their development through coaching, training, and performance management to enhance sales effectiveness and productivity.
Foster and nurture strong relationships with key clients including technology companies, financial institutions, and other industry stakeholders to generate business opportunities and increase the volume of loan origination.
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to devise and execute impactful sales and promotional campaigns targeting prospective borrowers.
Monitor sales performance metrics, conduct data analysis, and generate comprehensive reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and enhance conversion rates.
REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated history of achieving exceptional results in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the sales field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering the establishment and maintenance of relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving prowess, enabling the development of innovative sales strategies and the ability to overcome challenges.
Analytical mindset, with a high level of proficiency in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales performance.
