Responsibilities
- Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
- Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty integrity and respect
- Accurately rings customer purchases/returns counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures Promotes credit loyalty programs Maintains upholds merchandising philosophy follows established merchandising procedures standards Initiates participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day Maintains all organizational cleanliness recovery standards sales floor participates maintenance/cleanliness entire store Provides accepts recognition constructive feedback Adheres labor laws policies procedures Supports shrinks reduction goals programs Participates safety awareness maintains safe environment Other duties assigned
