    Job Description

    Position: Senior ServiceNow Developer

    Location: McLean, VA & Plano, TX

    Total Hours/Week: 40.00

    Shift: 1st

    Client: Freddie Mac

    Experience Level: Senior

    Requirements:

    • Implementing ITSM solutions following industry best practices
    • Developing Service Catalogs
    • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rule, Script Include, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client Scripts, Email Inbound)
    • Experience in Service Portal and widget creation
    • Strong background in REST and SOAP based integrations, scripted REST and SOAP API creation
    • Familiarity with Flow Designer, Integration Hub
    • Understanding of Authentication via Auth 2.0, certificates, and Mid Server
    • Experience in Domain separated instance projects
    • Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration
    • Proficiency in MID Server installation and management
    • Experience in custom applications development
    • Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory/SSO implementation
    • Worked on Orchestration use case implementation

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management
    • Experience in CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM modules
    • Skills in Performance Analytics
    • Designing and modifying ServiceNow Service Portal
    • Reviewing existing setups and providing best practice recommendations
    • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and latest features
    • Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script preferred
    • Professional Qualifications:
    • 4-5+ years of ServiceNow experience
    • 7+ years in the IT industry

    Academic Requirements:

    • Certified System Admin
    • Certified Application Developer
    • ITIL Foundations certification preferred
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
