The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional,and results-oriented individual to serve as Statewide Employment Recruitment Monitor. Under administrative
direction, this position will manage the monitoring of statewide employee recruitment efforts for the DCFS Office
of Employee Services (OES), with a focus on functions performed by contractual service providers.
- This position provides a great opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented person with a focus on ensuring that Department recruitment efforts yield the greatest possible results.
