The Goddard School is looking for candidates to assist in classrooms either full-time or part-time on weekdays. This is a great opportunity to gain childcare and teaching experience with multiple age groups from 0 to 5 years old As a Floater / Resource Teacher at The Goddard School, you join a group of other educators who are passionate about working with young children. We provide all necessary training to help you be successful in your new role by maintaining all health & safety policies, all while having fun with children

Compensation andBenefits:

• Competitive pay, $12-$14/hr depending on qualifications.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Lead Teacher or Administrator in the following areas:

• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.
• Advance children's physical and intellectual competence through creative lesson planning.
• Support each child's social and emotional development and provide positive guidance.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain a professional commitment.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some experience in an early childhood education center or similar program (preferred).
• Willingness to work 1 pm-6 pm or 3 pm-6 pm shift.
