- 4+ years of Experience in HRIS or IT related field or work with HR or IT system management
- 2+ years of experience managing business partnerships and/or supporting Time/Labor In-depth knowledge of functionality and some technical areas of Oracle Time/Labor.
- SQL and/or Advanced Excel experience
- Must be personable and articulate with excellent writing and interpersonal communication/relationship skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple customer support issues simultaneously
- Participate as an essential member of the support team, taking responsibility for owning and resolving incidents pertaining to Oracle Cloud customers who are already live.
- Consult with the Business unit to understand what enhancements or business projects they have.
- Communicate the ongoing status of assigned cases.
- Develop customer-facing documentation (configuration workbooks, job aids, test scripts).
- Create and maintain templates with latest release information.
- Conduct triage sessions with customers to determine root cause, document outstanding issues, and provide solutions and workarounds.
- Advise customer on best practices and impacts of quarterly releases.
- Train the customer as well as counterparts in administrative operations.
- Implement new functionality within Benefits module to expand customer roadmap.
- Assist customers with preparation and support of Time/Labor activities.
- Work closely with customers on configuration status.
- Implementation experience or knowledge of Oracle Cloud Human Resources.
- Oracle HCM Cloud modules Time & Labor and Absence Management.
