Compensation:

$63,875 - $103,800
General Responsibilities
To oversee extraction, organizing, storing, and analyzing data. Oversees and manages security and integrity of data. To transform high volumes of complex data into insights for use in various capacities throughout the organization.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and execute queries, script in programming languages, and utilize data visualization tools to provide actionable insights
• Develop techniques that allow for the collection of accurate data
• Implement procedures related to the secure and efficient handling and sharing of data
• Create automated processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
• Analyze and interpret large amounts of data
• Identify patterns, relationships, and problems in data and statistical sets
• Evaluate the performance of data systems and seek ways to enhance them
• Determine and communicate limitations in data reliability and usability
• Troubleshoot data-related problems
• Support team members in their day-to-day duties
• Ensure compliance with all company standards regarding data privacy and security
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data querying and analysis
• Document data querying processes, methodologies, and findings for future reference

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or related field required. 3-5 years of data query/analytics experience required; healthcare sector experience preferred.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Knowledge of data management and administrative policies
Proficiency in understanding, querying, and analyzing large amounts of data
Strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of healthcare data security laws and protocols
Ability to complete multiple tasks with multiple deadlines
Creativity in analyzing and solving complex challenges
Professional verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the health care team
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI
Proficiency in Advanced Structured Query Language (SQL) with strong working knowledge of SAS
