    This position offers an activity-based pay plan that rewards safety, efficiency, and a strong work ethic. Here's what you can expect:

    • $0.59 per mile
    • Stop pay: $25 per stop
    • New hire training: $200 per day
    • Holiday pay: $304 per day
    • Safety training pay: $20 per hour
    • Drivers in this role have achieved annualized earnings of $78,000 over the last six to twelve months.
    • Daily home time for a better work-life balance

    J.B. Hunt accepts pre-qualification forms on an ongoing basis. We are an EOE including disability/veterans. Program details apply. Factors affecting annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type, and number of days worked each week. This position may also be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance.

    Benefits for full-time positions include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, two weeks of paid parental leave, and six days of holiday pay.
