- Technical leadership and guidance of operational employees in production in coordination with the disciplinary manager.
- Support the supervisor in order to guarantee the material process flow meets customer requirements and internal business targets.
- Coordinate employees and machine usage to provide stable efficiency and productivity for defined area.
- Provide recommendations to Supervisor regarding disciplinary actions, associate development, including cross-training, time-off/PTO and schedule changes to assure daily production quotas.
- Supports Company policies and procedures and ensures they are followed.
- Identity quality issues and troubleshoot to resolution with production team.
- Adjust labor to increase efficiency based on customer demand and inventory.
- Proper communication in pre-shift and end-of-shift, including accurate documentation.
- Ensure hourly production targets are met for assigned line/area.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience.
- Manufacturing Experience 2-3 years.
- Train the Trainer, Preferred.
- ISO Audit Knowledge a plus.
