    ?**Schedule Details**: Shifts can vary during the week 1130 AM - 8:00 PM; Shift differential of $1.75/hour + base pay; Every other weekend and holiday rotation

    Within our open concept dining spaces, patrons can find amazing cuisine ranging from gourmet hand crafted salads, scratch made comfort-food recipes, and our own interpretation of ethnic and global cuisine. Grab-and-Go items offer excellent nourishment for those on the move, and our weekly specials and promotional events provide the necessary Spice-of-Life variety. Our High-End Catering Team can compete with any 5-star establishment and easily erases the stigma attached to Hospital Food. We are also proud to support our local vendors by brewing and serving Door County Coffee in addition to sourcing the freshest ingredients available.     ****What You Will Do:****

    You will perform a variety of duties to support the effective functioning of the 725 Grille at Waukesha Memorial Hospital as well as catering. You will manage the assigned retail areas, assist in monitoring and development of staff, creating and maintaining staff work schedules, monitoring performance of staff, and other HR functions such as discipline, FMLA management, etc. The Food Service Supervisor also ensures that cleaning assignments and projects are completed properly and adhere to the department policies and procedures.

    **You Will Need:**

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    Preferred higher level of education in Culinary Arts

    2 years of experience working in Food Service; preferred experience as a lead or supervisor

    Ability to lead and mentor a team

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
