- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits.
- Conduct patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation using the electronic medical record (EMR) system?with optional AI or virtual scribe support.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, wellness, and disease prevention.
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current New York State PA license in good standing.
- Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine minimum 1 Year experience required.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills.

Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our growing team.
