    Job Summary

    ARS Treatment Centers is seeking a seasoned Nursing professional to assume the role of Director of Nursing (DON). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing leadership and supervisory experience in the management of addictions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the Medication room is in compliance with Clinic Policies, Federal and State Laws, and Regulations.
    • Establish and maintain Nursing Practice Standards aligned with relevant regulations.
    • Lead, train, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure optimal performance.
    • Schedule nursing staff to meet client needs and regulatory standards.
    • Oversee medical records to ensure compliance.

    Requirements:

    • Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a New Jersey license as a Registered Nurse.
    • At least 6 months of full-time experience or equivalent in nursing supervision or administration in addiction treatment facilities.
    • 1 year of supervisory experience or 3 years of experience in substance use disorder treatment programs or facilities.
    • Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
    • Proficient in personal computer use and excellent oral and written communication skills.
