    Surgical Tech

    Surgical Tech Opportunity in Fort Myers, FL

    Titan Placement Group is currently seeking skilled Surgical Techs to join a dynamic healthcare team in Fort Myers, FL, situated in the picturesque Florida Suncoast. Renowned as the Shell Mecca of Florida, Fort Myers offers stunning beaches, abundant fishing spots, and a wealth of local amenities. Our client, a community-based health system, prioritizes patient-centered care, safety, and teamwork.

    Salary and Benefits:

    • Hourly pay range: $24 - $30
    • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Payable on First Check
    • Relocation Assistance: $5,000
    • Shift Differential: Up to $6
    • Health Insurance: Employer pays 80%

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist surgical team during procedures as a Surgical Tech
    • Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments
    • Ensure sterile field is maintained throughout procedures
    • Provide support to surgeons, nurses, and other team members as needed

    Requirements:

    • Must have completed a Surgical Technology Program (A.S. or Diploma)
    • Surgical Technologist certification
    • Trauma Experience Preferred
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Surgical Tech
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
