    Assist the National Center for Geospatial Intelligence Standards (NCGIS) and NGA's SourceOperations & Management Office (SF) in the development and maintenance of World GeodeticSystem (WGS) and Geomatics standardization artifacts for topics related to geospatialinformation including Space, imagery, and imagery intelligence.

    Support the NCGIS and SF with developing and documenting WGS and GEOMATICSstandardization artifacts required for the end-user in the collection, production, dissemination, andexploitation of GEOINT.Serve as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to the World Geodetic Systems and Geomatics
    • Focus Group (WGSG FG) and the Geospatial-Intelligence Standards Working Group (GWG)providing guidance as to the mandating of WGS and Geomatics standards in the DoD ITStandards Registry (DISR) and the IC Standards registry (ICSR).
    Serve as consultants for GWG in defining life-cycle requirements for WGS and Geomaticsstandards and assist in the development of Technical Standards.

    Coordinate efforts with the GWG, the WGSG FG, SFN Senior Leadership, Transformationand Content Management Office (CMO) points of contact, Domain Leads, Subject MatterExperts (SMEs), Information Technology Services Directorate (T) personnel, and OnlineGEOINT Services (OGS) personnel.


    Assist in the:


    o development, documentation, and maintenance of domain-specific standardizationartifacts.o Standardization artifacts consist of but not limited to; standards, implementationprofiles, product specifications, handbooks, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of StaffInstructions, and implementation guidance.o Artifacts are required for GEOINT collection, production, and dissemination and promoteinteroperability with applicable DoD, IC, and international standards.

    Coordinate activities across focus groups (FGs) as applicable, and provide guidance to theNSG/NGA with respect to implementation and compliance criteria.

    Support the development of web capabilities, enabling online, on-demand access ofstandardization products.
    Assist with the development and maintenance of Intellipedia and IntelDocs pages in supportof online, on-demand efforts and Standards development.

    Ensure compliance to web services architecture for the NSG, NGA, DoD, IC, Federal sector,as well as international defense and civil standardization development organizations andstandards setting organizations.

    Incorporate program metrics, analyst progress/performance metrics, resource management,and project milestones and timelines where possible.

    Perform internal and external briefing in a clear and concise manner to communicateinformation to Senior Leadership, Standardization Community and Local SMEsAssist SMEs in communicating complex topics to layperson(s).


    Required Skills and Experience:
    Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and problem identification.
    Demonstrated experience with web-based collaborative platforms such as SharePoint.
    Demonstrated experience facilitating and communicating with Subject matter expertsto produce official documentations.
    Demonstrated experience in building complex formulas within Microsoft Excel toextract data from large spreadsheets.
    Demonstrated experience with Adobe PDF software.
    Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft SharePoint and MicrosoftTeams.
    Demonstrated experience briefing clear and concise information to conveying projectprogress and innovations.
    Demonstrated experience to interpret or seek an understanding of complex topics orideas.


    Desired Skills:
    Demonstrated experience with Geospatial Intelligence Standards such as workinggroups, registry and committees.
    Demonstrated experience publishing to registries to Intelligence Community (IC) orDepartment of Defense.

    Demonstrated experience (in one of the skill sets) with Geodesy, Selenodosy, GlobalPositioning System (GPS)/Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), Geodetic survey,Geophysical data, Terrain data, Photogrammetry, Imagery data, or GIS.Demonstrated experience with database design, relational model building, orpractical knowledge of applicable data/information management or presentationstandards to support Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) compliance or BusinessanalyticsDemonstrated experience integrating data from legacy systems.
