Join the ACI College Prep Teaching Team as a Part-Time AP Calculus Workshop Instructor – Rowland Heights, CA

We are now seeking a charismatic, knowledgeable, and dedicated AP Math and/or Science Instructors to join our Rowland Heights campus Additional hours are available at the Arcadia campus.
About the Role
Teach and mentor advanced high school students in a small-group setting while helping them build confidence and mastery in AP-level mathematics.
As our AP Calculus Workshop Instructor, you will:
- Guide students through homework assignments with clarity and accuracy
- Prepare students for quizzes, tests, and AP exams
- Reinforce core problem-solving strategies and advanced concepts
- Connect classroom learning with AP exam expectations to boost college readiness
Subjects of Expertise
We're seeking instructors who are proficient in at least one—and ideally several—of the following subjects:
- AP Calculus AB
- AP Calculus BC
- AP Pre-Calculus
Position Details
- Location: Rowland Heights, CA
- Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays
- Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Class Size: Fewer than 15 motivated students
- Curriculum: Fully provided—no lesson planning required
- Commitment: Until May 29, 2026.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 6 months of teaching experience
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Preferred: Single Subject Math Credential, Preliminary Teaching Credential or College Board Certified
- Experience with high school or collegiate-level students

- High School English Teacher – Arcadia on Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:00–6:00 PM
- Algebra 1 Teacher - Rowland Campus on Tuesday & Thursday 4:00 - 6:00 PM
- ESL Teacher - Arcadia Campus on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4:00 - 6:00 PM
