    **Chemistry Technical Specialist**

    Our client is an expert, full-service, independent clinical diagnostic reference laboratory that supports their healthcare clients and partners, and they are looking for a Medical Technologist to join their team. If youre looking to join a laboratory that conducts the highest quality tests in the timeliest manner, this is the position for you.

    _**Must be MLT or MLS certified, and ASCP certified within one year of working**_

    **Location:** Milwaukee, WI

    **Pay:** $35 - $44 / hour

    **Schedule:** Monday Friday, 8-5

    **Job Responsibilities:**

    + Provides technical expertise for procedure development, equipment needs, and project implementation.

    + Acts as a technical resource, offering support through advanced problem-solving skills.

    + Ensuresreportable ranges, reference ranges, QC ranges, etc. areaccurate.

    + Ensures the staining and microtomyare acceptable by microscopic analysis.

    + Performs research and resolving issues accurately and efficiently.

    **Requirements:**

    + Bachelors Degree (or higher) in one of the following:Medical Laboratory Science (Clinical LaboratoryScience or Medical Technology), Microbiology, MolecularBiology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry.

    + ASCP certificationwithin one year from the date of hire.

    + Minimum of twoyears applicable experience, or an advanced degree.
