    As a Project Manager your primary responsibility is the successful delivery of software solutions for customer deployment projects.

    This involves working with a defined schedule, scope of work, and budget to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

    The Project Manager is the primary interface between the customer and the project team responsible for the implementation. Your project teams consist of both technical and business associates.

    Project Managers work with management, and other project managers, to balance resource utilization between all projects and customer project priorities.

    You have the ultimate financial responsibility for your projects and are responsible for working with your teams to manage scope and any change orders required by the customer.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Manage several projects, or project scopes, at the same time including all resources associated with the project
    • Serve as liaison to customer's project team
    • Manage all tasks, scope, schedule, and budget for both fixed price and T&M engagements
    • Manage the invoicing and billing requirements for each project
    • Manage change control in accordance with corporate standards
    • Manages client relationships throughout the full lifecycle of the project
    Key Requirements


    • Technology project management experience
    • Experience in Financial Software, Business Process Management, or Enterprise Content Management Software
    • Experience in defining business processes and developing / re-engineering processes via technology solutions
    • Experience working with Statements of Work, Change Orders, RFPs, and developing cost estimates
    • Capacity to think creatively to provide solutions to various challenges and problems as they present themselves
    • Proven capacity to excel in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, team environment
    • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
    • Well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Detail-oriented and highly motivated
    • A self-starter willing to self-learn to become proficient on all products.
    Preferred Qualifications


    • Expertise in Financial, ERP, or ECM systems
    • Experience using Jira and/or to track and manage defects.
    • Experience using FinancialForce PSA ) to manage projects and T&E
    • Experience using MS Project
    • Software-as-a-service (SAAS) and/or Cloud industry experience
    • Experience Managing IBM FileNet and/or IBM Datacap application deployments
    • Experience in software development, software architecture, or systems analyst
