- Establish and manage an onsite health service clinic.

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- 5 years of nursing experience required.
- Experience in occupational health role preferred.
- Previous experience in relevant laws and regulations preferred.
- Licensed Registered Nurse.
- ABOHN Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN).
- Certification in Case Management.
- First Aid, AED, and CPR Certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in PC software.
- Skilled in project management and decision making.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use hands and fingers.
- Able to lift and move up to 20 pounds occasionally.
- May require limited travel.
- Noisy work environment with varying climates.
- Work with employees of all health conditions.
