    Job Title: Instructional Design Manager

    In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing educational programs for Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Infectious Disease commercial team, internal staff, and distributors. Your main tasks will involve designing curricula to provide top-quality training on product features, sales processes, and associated tools.

    To succeed in this role, you must develop innovative training methods that adhere to adult learning standards and meet specific requirements.


    WHAT YOU'LL DO
    • Collaborate with Global Training Team to identify course content needs
    • Develop e-learning modules and virtual training courses
    • Oversee digital platforms implementation
    • Provide support for product launches and data releases
    • Manage global product content development


    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
    • Required: Bachelor's Degree
    • Experience: 8 years
    • Thorough understanding of customers and market trends
    • Ability to design effective training programs
    • Expertise in clinical and technical product areas
    • Strong computer skills and proficiency in software applications
    • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in diverse business environments
    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
    • Organizational and detail-oriented skills
