    Job Summary:


    PIC Group has an immediate need for a Site Administrator who will be supporting a construction project in central Ohio.

    The Site Admnistrator reports directly to the Project Manager and will be responsible for general administrative activities for the project, including timesheet and record keeping activities.

    The Site Administrator will support the Project Manager with cost and procurement controls, budget preparation and review, resolution of billing, issuing change orders, and vendor management, as well as overseeing and providing all reports and correspondence preparation.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Project Manager in all necessary aspects of the general administrative activities on site to the client's staff.
    • Produce documents and reports as requested by operational leaders.
    • Assist supervisors in scheduling of internal meetings & interphases with external stakeholder.
    • Responsible for generating purchase orders to vendors, change orders when needed and in assisting with the expediting and delivery of orders in client's systems.
    • Maintain, monitor, and processes invoices and purchase orders, maintain inventory records for accounting related documents.
    • Coordinate the services provided by third parties to the different offices and areas within client's responsibility.
    • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.

    Job Requirements:

    • Thorough knowledge of administrative and clerical functions.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and take direction from others.
    • Compliance with training / regulatory requirements.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Prior work experience with SAP software
    • Knowledgeable of employment guidelines and safety regulations.
    • Effective interpersonal and collaborative skills in a matrix and multi-cultural environment.

    Education / Experience:

    • HS Diploma or GED Required
    • 5+ years of relevant administrative experience.
    • Experience in commercial and industrial construction environments is preferred, and advance consideration will be given to applicants with this experience.
