Job DescriptionThese Planners would partner with the turnaround team, maintenance and operational personnel, area planner and projects personnel, to provide detailed planning to turnaround activities in the respected areas for maintenance and project work

Expectations:

• Partner with Turnaround team to ensure all shutdown activities are planned and ready for scheduling. Materials are ordered, onsite, tagged and staged as needed in advance of an outage. In addition all PO's are issued for any supporting rental equipment and any services from vendors are in place prior to the outage and delivery dates and locations have been communicated.
• Partner with area operation and maintenance personnel to ensure all maintenance activities are planned, parts available and outside resources are in place.
• Partner with project personnel to ensure that a detailed plan is in place that will aid in the overall execution of project work and aligns with area maintenance activities.
• Planner would ensure that all associated repairable items are identified and work with warehouse personnel to have the repairable items sent out, repaired and restocked in a timely manner
• S.D planner would improve the overall quality of the job plans and make corrections/updates to task lists and Bill of Materials as they are found.
• The planner would ensure that when planning for PSM related equipment, nonstock components are order with the correct pseudo code ensuring they are received and checked out as per Bayers requirements.
• Planner is knowledgeable in the use of Primavera P6 scheduling tool.
• Planner would also partner with maintenance, operations and the Turnaround scheduler to track and provide real time feedback that would aid in building and maintaining an accurate schedule for any turnaround.
• Help to minimize/eliminate any delays at the entrance gate so work can start on time.

Experience:

• Knowledgeable/proficient in the use of SAP Planning and Scheduling practices
• Knowledgeable of Prometheus preferred
• Knowledgeable/proficient in the use of Primavera P6
