    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing company and lead us in the successful execution of various projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning and initiation to execution, monitoring, and closure. Your focus will be on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Manage every aspect of a project, this includes defining objectives, analyzing needs, planning and implementation, risk assessment, operationalizing solutions, determining, and documenting project benefits, developing project plans, and project status communication.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
    • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
    • Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders.
    • Monitor project progress and track deadlines and milestones.
    • Report project status to stakeholders regularly and address any concerns.
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of the entire project.
    • Lead regular meetings to determine project progress, roadblocks, challenges, etc., and identify solutions and next steps.
    • Review project deliverables for quality standard adherence.
    • Facilitate the development of Project Business Cases.
    Project Manager Skills/Requirements
    • At least 5 years of project management work experience.
    • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
    • Working knowledge of various project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile).
    • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
    • Demonstrated blend of business, IT, and financial skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
    • Experience with Smartsheet and JIRA is a plus.
    • PMP and/or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certificate is preferred, but not required.
