• Set up operate troubleshoot Barudan multi-head embroidery machines.
• Embroider on various garments types including performance wear fleece twill stretch fabrics lightweight knits wovens.
• Select apply appropriate needles backings toppings fabric type garment style accurately hoop garments correct tension load digitized designs adjust thread colors sequencing inspect sew-outs before full runs conduct daily maintenance oil lint removal tension check work production manager hit tight deadlines top-tier quality keep accurate records output machine settings
• Minimum 2 years commercial industrial setting knowledge stabilizers topping needle types hooping techniques interpret production sheets thread charts design specs skilled complex jobs left chest logos cap fronts back yokes sleeve placements familiar basic maintenance thread tension troubleshooting strong attention detail pride clean high-quality work ability fast-paced deadline-driven environment
