    Essential Functions:

    • Self-motivated and aptitude to work independently.
    • Maintain preventative maintenance programs in assigned areas.
    • Able to work with computers (recording information, using to find information to perform the job) using ePAC software
    • Repair production equipment with minimal interruption to production.
    • Inspect, dismantle, service, reassemble, test and adjust equipment of all types for safe and proper operation.
    • Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
    • Interpret blueprints and schematics (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and piping) for machines and buildings.
    • Use basic shop tools such as lathes, mills, drill presses, saws, grinders, etc.
    • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, and take proper care of tools and equipment.
    • Maintain a positive working relationship with all employees.
    • Provide ideas/solutions to equipment improvement and participate on miscellaneous improvement teams.
    • Install and relocate equipment and air/power services.
    • Must be able to work on ladders, scissor lifts, and industrial powered equipment.
    • Maintain buildings and grounds as needed.
    • Complies with all EHS and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma/GED required
    • A minimum of one (1) year of related experience or a two-year degree in Maintenance related area, Maintenance Technical/Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, or related field required
    • Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal
    • Flexibility and agility in an ever-changing environment
    • Consistent attendance and punctuality
    • Perform a variety of tasks safely throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment
    • Ability to work off-shifts, weekends & extended shifts as required (i.e hours)

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
    • Stand for an extended amount of time
    • Working in and/or around loud machinery
    • The ability to handle repetitive motion
