    We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Faith-Based Community Relations Coordinator.     Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive outreach strategy to build relationships with churches, missionaries, seminaries, and faith-based associations within the designated region.
    • Attend religious services, community events, and meetings to network with potential house parents and raise awareness about our organization's mission and needs.
    • Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate faith communities about the opportunity to serve as house parents at Boys Ranch.
    • Identify and qualify potential house parents who align with our organization's values and mission.
    • Cultivate long-term relationships with faith communities to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified house parent candidates.
    • Collaborate with the recruitment team to manage the application and interview process for house parent candidates.
    • Track outreach and recruitment efforts, analyze data, and report on progress towards achieving recruitment goals.
    • Participate in relevant training and development opportunities to stay current on industry best practices and trends in faith-based outreach.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Communications, Public Relations, Theology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in community outreach, relationship building, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of the Christian faith.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse individuals and groups.
    • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Strong analytical and data management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
