    What would you do as a NURSE Day Shift WITH A Generous sign on bonus

    To excel in the role of Nurse at Butterfield Trail Village, candidates must possess a diverse set of skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for effectively engaging with residents, families, and staff members. The capacity to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions is crucial for making informed decisions in the course of providing care. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, enabling them to efficiently prioritize job responsibilities with attention to detail.

    Flexibility in working hours, including holidays and other shifts when required, is key to meeting the dynamic needs of our community. A current Arkansas State License in Nursing is a fundamental qualification for this position, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met with professionalism and integrity.

    Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
    • Ability to organize & prioritize job responsibilities in detailed manner
    • Ability to work in an EHR
    • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families and staff.
    • Ability to work some holidays, be flexible to work another shift when necessary.
    • Current Arkansas State License in Nursing is required
