    Are you interested in joining a well-established team in the commercial and industrial (C&I) solar sector of the renewables industry?


    My client is looking for a Business Development Manager who has experience sourcing, negotiating, and closing sales opportunities with corporate and industrial entities.

    You will be experienced in forming and maintaining relationships and the origination and closing of lease and land agreements. It is preferred you have previous solar experience.


    You will be responsible for:

    • Drive acquisition process regarding land and lease acquisitions throughout U.S.
    • Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders across the country within the C&I sectors
    • Putting together offer letters, presentations, and proposals
    • Ability to process due diligence and the closing of different transactions
    • Coordinate new market research
    • Track business development efforts

    You will have:

    • 46 years of experience in renewable, real estate or energy industry sales
    strong ability to network

    • Ability to maintain and create relationships with developers, installers, business partners, land owners, and project owners
    • Either experience in closing renewable energy deals or real estate transactions
    • Bachelor's degree
