Pyro is a new concept featuring a hybrid of Japanese Izakaya and New American Cuisine highlighting high-quality ingredients and culinary techniques.
Sign-on Bonus of $500.00 after 60 days of full-time employment and consistent attendance.
Our Line Cooks will be responsible for completing prep lists, arranging their workstations, and upholding organization while proficiently managing high-volume service with a commitment to our elevated quality standards.
Culinary Expertise:
A minimum of 2 years of professional culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, demonstrating proficiency in various culinary techniques, mastered knife skills, and a comprehensive understanding of food preparation. A formal culinary degree or relevant certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred, but a combination of experience and education will be considered.
