    About the role

    Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator. Embark on an enriching and experiential career journey in terms of culture, history and love for luxury service at an exceptional and legendary destination in the Miami Beaches.

    What you will do

    • Responsible for answering all housekeeping incoming telephone calls while ensuring maximum operating efficiency of the department by directing all requests properly.
    • Conducts self in a professional manner at all times. Adheres to the established standards of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
    • Dresses in issued uniforms and ensures a neat, clean and tidy appearance at all times.
    • Reports to shift on time. Is aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notifies the supervisor in adequate time.
    • Excellent at creating and updating Microsoft Word & Excel spreadsheets and will receive proper training on the internal operational systems (Opera, Lotus Notes, HotSos).
    • Receive, log and dispatch all housekeeping calls to the appropriate staff member via hotsos with follow up.
    • Assist with stripping, cleaning and inspecting rooms as needed based on operational needs.
    • Managing all arrival rooms to minimize guest's wait time "Queue Rooms"
    • Follow up to ensure all guest service times are honored.
    • Ensure all arrival rooms are inspected by 4pm check in time.

    Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S. Internal Four Seasons Management Employees outside of the US may qualify for an L1 Visa.     Schedule & Hours:

    Full Time role. 40 hours per week.
