    Interfaith Campus Chaplain

    We seek a compassionate and skilled University Chaplain and Director to foster inclusivity, social justice, and spiritual growth at our institution in Florida. As the ideal candidate, you will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least three years of experience in higher education or ministry.

    This role requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and intercultural communication skills to effectively provide pastoral care to diverse students. You will oversee religious organizations on campus while developing innovative interfaith programs that promote understanding, empathy, and mutual respect.

    The successful candidate must be able to communicate complex ideas clearly across cultural boundaries. A commitment to creating an inclusive environment for all students is essential.
