    Each Management Trainee is equipped with the industry and client knowledge necessary for success through entry-level training on consumer preferences, sales, customer service, market trends, and business practices.

    Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities:
    Deliver engaging presentations to potential customers, and be able to overcome objections and address customer concerns to facilitate the closing of salesCommunicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively to drive customer enrollment Foster a collaborative environment among the Account Manager Trainee and Sales Support team and ensure effective communication and coordination with the sales representativesUpdate and maintain customer information in the company's CRM systemContinuously seek ways to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall sales support operationsWork toward achieving or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the sales managerProvide additional information, answer questions, and nurture leads to conversionSeek mentorship and guidance from experienced sales professionals to enhance your performancePreferred Skills & Experience of our next

    Account Manager Trainee:
    The ability to build rapport with customers, listen actively, and establish trust is crucial in sales.

    Basic organizational skills are required for this roleProficiency in using basic computer applications, email, and customer relationship management (CRM) software can be usefulThe ability to influence customers' decisions in a positive way while addressing their concerns is a core skill in salesProblem-solving skills and the ability to create creative solutions to customer objections and tailor product recommendations to fit their specific needsThe right candidate is local to the area, must have reliable transportation to and from the office daily and can start within 2 weeks if offered the position.
