    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral health services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and co-occurring mental health conditions. This role involves conducting assessments, designing individualized intervention strategies, and ensuring quality implementation across diverse residential and community-based environments.

    Location: Escondido, CA
    Setting: Adult Residential Services
    Start Date: ASAP
    Contract Duration: 52 Weeks
    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Provide consistent supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring fidelity to behavioral intervention plans.
    • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to identify, understand, and address behavioral concerns.
    • Observe clients across multiple settings to develop individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
    • Apply principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care with clinicians, caregivers, and support staff.
    • Train and mentor staff on implementation of evidence-based behavioral health practices.
    • Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
    • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with IDD and mental health diagnoses.
    • Proven experience supervising RBTs.
    • Fully credentialed and compliant with state and local requirements for practice.
