Mentorship here is real and individualized. Dr. Bowen takes a case-by-case approach based on your experience and goals, offering guidance in treatment planning, efficiency, Invisalign, and implants when you're ready. Ongoing doctor training occurs every two months, and the practice is equipped with modern technology—including iTero scanners and implant systems—to support your clinical growth.

This is a long-term opportunity for an associate who wants to be the primary provider and leader in the office. You'll quickly take on a full schedule, earn the trust of patients and staff, and have the option to pursue ownership.
