Seeking a full-time BE/BC Pulmonologist / Sleep Medicine Specialist to join team in the beautiful lakes country of west-central Minnesota as a sole specialist.

• Work a 4 1/2 day work week during normal clinic hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM)
• No Call, weekends, or holidays
• Autonomous work environment and flexible work schedule within practice
• Procedures performed regularly: Bronchoscopy, Spirometry, Pulmonary Stress Tests, & Sleep Studies
• 15-18 patients/day average

Compensation and benefits

• Guaranteed salary for the first 2 contract years of employment with opportunity for additional compensation based on production
• Ability to earn above guaranteed salary if provider exceeds production hours worked
• 6 weeks paid time off while on guarantee
• Insurance coverage: health, dental, life, disability insurance (long and short term) and full malpractice
• Annual employer contribution of a generous 10% of wages toward retirement (100% vested after one year without employee contribution requirements)
• Retirement plan includes: 401K, profit sharing and cash balance plan
• Two year partnership track into Medical Group which allows for additional retirement savings opportunities
