    The Senior Project Manager will have primary responsibility in leading full life cycle projects and initiatives surrounding HRIS systems transformations and Human Resources data initiatives.


    Responsibilities will include:


    Manage full life cycle projects - Implementing project plans, developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, keeping all stakeholders aware of project progress.

    Gather and analyze complex HR data and provide reports for senior management.
    Supporting the Director of Human Resources with strategic projects.

    Skills:
    5+ years of Human Resources Project Management experience.
    Previous HR Business Partner and employee relations experience with the ability in communicate with a gather feedback from employees.
    Must have strong computer skills with the ability to work with data, learn new applications and vendor systems quickly.
    Ability to prioritize, work independently and make decisions as needed.
