    As a Point of Sales (POS) Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of POS system projects within the organization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of POS solutions, meeting both business and technical requirements. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise in POS systems, and excellent communication abilities to coordinate activities across multiple teams.

    • Lead Agile project teams in planning, executing, and delivering retail and restaurant technology projects using Scrum methodologies.
    • Work closely with systems engineers, software and hardware vendors, business stakeholders, and various IT teams to define project requirements, prioritize backlog items, and plan sprints.
    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing challenges to ensure project success.
    • Track project progress, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to stakeholders.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the project team and across the organization.
