- 5+ years of experience in embedded system development – must be professional experience, cannot consider internship experience
- Needs to be specific RTOS embedded firmware experience
- Need to have microcontroller-based embedded experience
- Bare metal development
- C programming experience
- Must have object-oriented programming experience
- Modbus or other relevant communication protocols (I2C, SPI, etc)
- Hardware/schematic design experience
- Wireless technologies experience – specifically looking for Bluetooth experience
- Communication/soft skills – will be working cross-functionally. Needs to communicate effectively with business teams
