    JOB SUMMARY

    As an HR Specialist you will play a pivotal role in providing HR support and expertise to our client organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR process improvement. The successful candidate will have a strong HR background, excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

    Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Assist in recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting virtual interviews.
    • Support new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
    • New Hire Training and Onboarding in ADP
    Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers to address HR-related questions and concerns.
    • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, maintaining a respectful and inclusive workplace.
    Compliance and Documentation:
    • Maintain HR records and documentation to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including I-9 processing
    • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness.
    HR Process Improvement:
    • Collaborate with the HR team to identify process optimization and efficiency opportunities.
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Minimum 1 year of HR experience with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, committed to providing exceptional customer service to employees.
    • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
    • Proficiency in using HR software and systems, ADP required
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
