- Assist in recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting virtual interviews.
- Support new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
- New Hire Training and Onboarding in ADP
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers to address HR-related questions and concerns.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, maintaining a respectful and inclusive workplace.
- Maintain HR records and documentation to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including I-9 processing
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify process optimization and efficiency opportunities.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, committed to providing exceptional customer service to employees.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency in using HR software and systems, ADP required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
