- Lead multiple projects from preconstruction to completion
- Handle CapEx projects from $100K-$1M
- Present preconstruction phases, addressing challenges and solutions
- Assist with various project types and delivery methods
- Create and maintain an estimating database
- 5 years experience estimating in multi-family projects
- Procore (strongly preferred)
- Working with property managers and subcontractors
- Project Management experience

They are looking for a sales driven candidate whose based in Florida. Someone who knows the market and come in and hit the ground running. This is a hands on role, leading the superintendents.
You will be constructing for both commercial and residential multifamily properties. Having experience working with property managers and subcontractors is crucial.
