- EPA Certification Required
- Troubleshoot, service, and repair as needed all types of mechanical equipment.
- This includes accurate diagnostics of refrigeration and electronics circuits with the ability to repair and replace components as they pertain to HVAC and other mechanical equipment.
- Must be able to clearly and professionally communicate to customers any issues that are discovered during maintenance procedures and or repairs that may be required.
- Be able to communicate to the office any additional work that may be required or will require a follow-up proposal.
- Adjust schedules and project timing to best fit the needs of the company and our customers.
- Perform all required duties while adhering to the company safety policies and regulations.
- Keep abreast of new technologies as they emerge.
- Safely drive a motor vehicle.
- Work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
- Look at flat drawings or pictures and visualize how they would look as solid objects with height, width, and depth.
- Perform a variety of duties which may change often.
- Rate information using measurable standards.
- Must be able to reach for, handle, and feel objects.
- Lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- See well (either naturally or with correction) and distinguish colors.
- Climb and maintain balance on high ladders and scaffolds.
- Stand, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
- Overtime and being on call are required.
