LHH is seeking a Customer Service Professional with high-volume call experience for a long-term contract opportunity with our client in Richmond, VA.

The candidate for this role will be comfortable with being on the phone most of the day, have great relationship building skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

These are outbound calls to business to follow-up on information. This is not telemarketing and there are no sales or collections calls. A general understanding of medical insurance or medical billing experience is plus.

This is a Monday – Friday
in-office opportunity

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
