H&H Hospitality is launching Buffalo Wild Wings at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport — the busiest airport in the world.

We are assembling an elite opening team of experienced, high-performance servers to set the standard from Day One.

As a member of our Opening Team, you will:

Help launch a flagship airport location
Train pre-opening and execute flawlessly from Day One

Experience Requirements

Minimum 4 years of serving experience required

Strong preference for:

High-volume sports bar or casual dining experience
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tables under pressure
Proven upselling and sales performance
Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills
Professional presence and disciplined work ethic

We are hiring polished professionals — not entry-level servers.

Performance Expectations

You must be able to:

Move with urgency without sacrificing accuracy
Maintain composure during peak airport rush periods
Execute precise order entry and timing
Confidently upsell wings, sauces, beverages, and promotions
Operate within structured systems and high accountability standards
Contribute to a team-driven, results-focused environment

Airport Security & Compliance Requirements

This role is located inside Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

All team members must:

Pass a federal background check
Complete fingerprinting
Obtain and maintain an ATL Airport Security Badge
Comply with TSA and airport regulations
Account for security screening when planning arrival time
Follow all access and security protocols at all times

Failure to maintain airport clearance will result in immediate separation.
