Job Title

A Key Holder is needed to assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and contribute to the mission of Goodwill by generating revenue.

The Key Holder will be responsible for performing assigned duties, maintaining store facilities, using data analytics to drive performance, and managing product logistics.

They will also train, supervise, and develop team members within the framework of Goodwill policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include ensuring customer and donor experience, handling and processing incoming donations, communicating agency directives to team members, and keeping abreast of product knowledge and industry trends.

The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and good communication skills. They must also have a valid driver's license and pass a drug test and criminal background check.

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year

Estimated Salary: $45,000

Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office products.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English with good communication skills and ability to communicate with the public and department staff.
• Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation for travel between Goodwill sites and Goodwill auxiliaries.
• Must be able to pass skills and knowledge assessment testing.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.
