+Responsibilities
- +Maintain a structured document control system for all project-related folders and files per QTS standards and naming conventions.+Track and log incoming and outgoing documents, including RFIs, submittals, and transmittals.+Verify document completeness and appropriate versions before distribution.+Distribute updated documents to relevant stakeholders as needed
+ACC-Specific Responsibilities
- +Create and configure new projects in ACC,+Manage project-level settings such as regions,+Add manage team members assign roles configure permissions+Ensure secure access to project data by managing permissions+Monitor compliance with ACC standards +Assist troubleshooting user guidance+Support integration of ACC tools Docs Build Cost +Workflow Optimization
