Sr. **Product Development Engineers** will utilize a wide range of **mechanical** and **electrical engineering skills**. Including **strength of materials**, **machine design**, **design for manufacturing**, **heat transfer**, **fluid dynamics**, **combustion**, **piping system design**, and **industrial controls**. Responsibilities entail:

• Work with various tools like hand calculations, spreadsheets, Mathcad, 2D drawings, 3D modeling, FEA, and CFD. Drive projects to completion by preparing final documentation like product manuals, production BOMs, attaining UL and ASME approvals, and aiding in product launch.
  
• Handle budgets, establish and monitor milestones, provide status updates, and regularly address any issues.
  
• Supervise a small group of product development and test engineers.
  

• Hold a **Bachelor's degree** in mechanical engineering or a relevant discipline.
  
• At least **5 years of experience** dealing with **thermal systems** and related industrial equipment involving familiarity with steel structures, piping, combustion systems, fans, pumps, electrical controls, among others.
  
• Demonstrate solid project engineering and management skills with a proven track record of leading and delivering intricate projects on time and within budget.
  
• Familiarity with **ASME BPVC** design, UL standards, and similar standards is a plus.
