- Define and execute the product roadmap for systems, including press brake, fiber laser cutting machine, waterjet, and related software tools.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to guide product innovation and development.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering to define product requirements and ensure alignment with market expectations.
- Clearly articulate the technical and operational value proposition of all machine systems to potential and existing customers.
- Support sales and marketing with product positioning, competitive differentiation, and customer presentations.
- Serve as a technical authority during pre-sales discussions, customer demos, and trade shows.
- Demonstrate and explain offline programming software and its integration into shop-floor workflows.
- Analyze CAD files and sheet metal parts to determine tooling requirements, and machine parameters.
- Select and configure appropriate tooling based on material type, thickness, geometry, and bend complexity.
- Work closely with sales, engineering, applications, and service teams to support product launches and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the internal advocate for the bending product line, driving improvements in functionality, usability, and performance.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams and channel partners on bending processes and equipment.
- Compensation: $90,000 $140,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience (DOQ).

- Deep understanding of press brake tooling, bend allowances, and sheet metal material properties.
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and capable of performing part analysis.
- Skilled in using and demonstrating offline programming software for press brakes (e.g., RADAN, AutoPOL, LVD CADMAN).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, technical environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in a product management, product marketing, or applications engineering role within the metal fabrication industry.

Role summary
We are seeking a strategic and technically experienced Product Manager - Fabrication to lead our press brake, fiber laser cutting machine, waterjet and relevant technology portfolio. This role combines in-depth technical expertise in all machines forming processes with strong customer-facing communication and product leadership skills. The ideal candidate will serve as the subject matter expert on equipments, offline programming software, and toolingbridging the gap between product development, sales, engineering, and end users.
