    Outside Sales Representatives Needed

    Requirements:

    • 1–5 years of sales experience (roofing experience not required).
    • Proven track record of setting and achieving sales goals.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency with CRM software, email, and essential tools.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Access to a vehicle capable of carrying a ladder.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct sales appointments and provide detailed roof inspections.
    • Build relationships with high-end clients through networking and referrals.
    • Use drones, software, and hands-on inspections to assess roof conditions.
    • Generate leads via referrals, networking, and online efforts.
    • Manage customer relationships and sales pipelines using the company CRM.
    • Provide clear communication and maintain customer satisfaction.
    • Uphold and embody the "3 E's" in all interactions and projects.
