    Description
    Tallavera is currently seeking a Registered Dietician near Clifton Springs, NY. Preferred candidates for the Registered Dietician position should have 1 year of experience in a similar role. The Registered Dietician will be responsible for evaluating patients and developing personalized care plans.

    *Responsibilities of the Registered Dietitian:
    • Conduct assessments for patients, develop personalized care plans, and supervise dietetic technicians.
    • Offer guidance for tube-fed and TPN patients, ensuring adherence to Nutrition Support policies and regulatory standards.
    • Educate patients and families on therapeutic diets and general nutrition, monitor progress, and document interventions.
    • Participate actively in team discussions, promote interdisciplinary collaboration, and manage diet implementations effectively.
    *Requirements of the Registered Dietitian:
    • Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field, particularly for candidates hired post-April 1, 2022. A combination of education and work experience is also considered.
    • Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), or attain certification within 6 months of hire.
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role is preferred.
    • Strong analytical abilities, proficient computer skills, and effective communication capabilities.
