    Job title: Clinical Nurse I

    Description

    Salary Range: $68,640.00 - $70,699.20

    ">

    As a Clinical Nurse, you will contribute to creating a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues through displays of kindness and active listening.

    ">

    The role involves implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, procedures, and special tests, while documenting treatment as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations.

    ">

    You will assess and evaluate patient needs for, and responses to, care rendered, applying sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.

    ">

    In addition, you will provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses, administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered.

    ">

    You will collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients, directing and guiding ancillary personnel to maintain standards of professional nursing.
