- Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8 hour shift between 7am-6pm.
- Direct Hire- PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
- Pay Range: $18-20/hr
- Manage the Inventory department email inbox and create work tasks for the team based on customer inquiries and requests
- Research items in the Inventory Management system and create reports as needed for counts, searches, and inspections
- Keep system updated and accurate, making stock movements and adjustments as needed for customer requests or cycle count corrections
- Identify inventory control process issues and coordinate with inventory control manager to implement process improvements
- Assist other inventory team members with their task and projects, perform any other warehouse duties as needed
- 1-2 years of previous warehouse clerical experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; Strong Excel skills preferred, Vlookup, pivot table
- Familiarity with NAV/Navision and Business Central or other Inventory Management System/Warehouse Management System a plus
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
- Great attention to detail, time management, and organization
